Electronic Payments, Inc. (EPI) Selected to Provide Gift Card Solution to the Southampton Chamber of Commerce

SOUTHAMPTON, NEW YORK -- May 1, 2004 -- Electronic Payments, Inc., a leading payment processor announced today that it has been selected by the Southampton Chamber of Commerce to provide a Gift Card solution to member-merchants of the chamber. The card will be branded as the "Southampton Card" and will be accepted by over 200 merchants throughout the resort community known as "The Hamptons".

EPI has long been a prominent name in the payment processing industry, specializing in providing processing solutions for mid to large sized businesses. Its clients include brick and mortar retailers, restaurants, service businesses, non-profits, and Internet-commerce sites.

Founded in 1998, EPI celebrated its 6-year anniversary with its selection by the Southampton Chamber to provide a Gift Card Program to local member-merchants. Such a program, "will work to brand the Southampton community as a premier shopping and travel destination. The card will be used by those wishing to use a pre-paid pass at hundreds of local merchant locations, from delis to hardware stores.
